Here, constructive image spaces meet excerpts that seem like real places or scenes. Parts of the image appear photographically plausible, while the overall constellation cannot hold together as a real space. In this tension between the recognisably impossible and the seemingly familiar, one senses how strongly perception produces realities of its own.
